In their 2017 rankings, ChristianUniversitiesOnline.org names 91µÎµÎ as one of the 50 Best Value Christian Colleges and Universities. This annual CUO ranking takes several criteria into account to determine Best Value – think “return on investment” – among Christian Colleges and Universities throughout the U.S.
While cost is not necessarily the primary measure of a school’s value and quality, it is a valid and important consideration. The cost of a degree is steadily (or dramatically) increasing, and while overall “net price” is not insignificant, the net value is a better measure when considering higher education on a budget.
HIU boasts an impressive overall retention rate of 91% with an overall graduation rate of 42%. Net cost of attendance is $21,374 and financial aid is readily available to students in a variety of forms including grants and scholarships, as evidenced by the fact that 99% of full-time, beginning undergraduate students receive some form of financial aid.
