At 91µÎµÎ, we believe every child deserves access to high-quality early education—no matter the family’s financial situation. Through partnerships with programs like Pre-K Counts and Head Start, we offer free learning opportunities that prepare children for kindergarten and beyond.
If your household income meets the 2025/2026 guidelines below, you may be eligible for one of 91µÎµÎ’s programs—including free preschool options. Note, we also offer PHL PreK that has no income requirements, but this program has a requirement for residency within the city limits.
